I don't know who it is, but the bike looks like an FZ750 Jimmy. 
Is the bike not a GPX 750!!

They were proper weavers, i remember watching these things at the TT in the 80s.

I know that John Donnan died at the Tandragee in '07 but have to say the pic doesn't look anything like JD 
Only other tragedy I can recall from that year was Marc Ramsbotham at the TT
edit, oh, and Ollie Bridewell, but he was a skinny wee lad, bloke in the pic isn't

great rider and all round nice guy. Did a tune up of a ZX7R i had and it flew after that. Sad loss indeed.
