BMW tend to insist on solus dealers.
Got to CHester 
Chester BMW and Harley Davidson are in the same building.
Harley downstairs and BMW upstairs .
This is slightly ironic because they won the franchise after Bluebell BMW in Crewe (BMW cars and bikes) gave up the franchise because they refused to build a stand alone bike showroom offsite . They had not long before built a stand alone Mini showroom at huge expense.

Chester Motorrad. Bmw upstairs , HD downstairs. Technically no forecourt just a butty bar and a sprinkling of 70 somethings with pony tails riding bikes with exhausts so loud if it not for the fact they all have age related hearing loss they would complain about.
