F650GS twin

Just some proof that I am not part of the 90% of GS riders who will never ride their bikes on anything other than tarmac...
:beerjug:

Agreed, this bike is not 100% suited for heavy off-roading, but for my current needs, it is perfect!!

Givi crash bars to follow within the next day or two.

Well this is my BumbleBee. I did change a lot of bits and pieces including Rapid Bike, new Tsubaki chain, progressive springs, almost all TT accessories. Still waiting for Ohlins rear shock and the wheels. Was it necessary , I don't think so:confused: but I love it:bounce1 Will I do more changes? You bet I will:roll It's an addiction I gues :cool http://www.ukgser.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=102359&stc=1&d=1224586114http://www.ukgser.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=102360&stc=1&d=1224587008http://www.ukgser.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=102361&stc=1&d=1224587119http://www.ukgser.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=102362&stc=1&d=1224587185http://www.ukgser.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=102363&stc=1&d=1224587224http://www.ukgser.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=102364&stc=1&d=1224587290

Is that the TT engine guard extension on your centerstand? If so any chance you could post a few pics on the detail of that, specifically how close it meets up with the bash plate/covers the cat. I still haven't seen good info on that.

I checked your homepage, so I know you can sure take photos well. Great stuff!!

Nice pics!
Curious about that TT windscreen extension, so a few questions
Does that flap around any at speeds?
How easy to set and well does it hold the angle you set it for?
Thanks mate!

Well, I bought the TT screen and didn't feel any improvement, it was even worse then original screen+TT extender. When I put on the extender on the TT screen it get much better. It's flapping a little when I'm chasing some cars which are not really aerodynamic :eek otherwise is ok. From 0 till 75 mph is very good. At higher speeds I'm getting more noise around the helmet, but is not worse than before. I'm 5.9. On the end it's not a car :D Another thing is that I'm hearing some more of the engine noise, it's like the screen is reflecting it. It's not loud or something, but is noticeable. Maybe this is not the nicest set up, but it does the job for now:thumb Setting it up is nothing, you just clip this thing on, but you can't adjust the angle.
Cheers :beerjug:

new bike 650gs

Picked up my new bike yesterday from Rainbow, as usual a pleasure to do business with them. It's a 650 gs in blue abs , htg, touratech screen and givi top box.
