Micky were did you ride from to reach Iran plus how long the trip?

We rode from the UK. On the road for two months before a car took girlfriend Sue out in northern Pakistan

She had to be flown home with a compound fracture of the arm. I stayed behind to sort out two bikes. We were heading for the Himalayas.

Home now ... all sorted

Heidenau K60's. Done 4000 miles on them so far and I reckon they're about half worn - everything from motorway cruising to rocky trails and muddy tracks. Love em loads, and cheaper than TKC's.

At 100mph? Dunno, never gone that fast. Rock solid at 85 with two huge tin boxes and a 45l Givi topbox though...

the engine bars are from sw motech I also think there are some adventure spec ones which come higher up protecting the the side panels

yes they are the TT ones and I fitted them myself easy job passed a few hours on a sat Morning
