01 1150gs Clutch hose replacement

I'm in the process of replacing all the rubber hoses (brake and clutch) with braided SS hoses. The brake end of things has been pretty straight forward except for the bleeding, but the clutch hose replacment seem to be a different kettle of fish all together. Is there an easy way to get at the connection by the clutch piston underneath the fuse box area. :nenau
 
Rear shock has to come off. Then a long extention gets you to the 3 bolts holding the slave unit in place. Pull it out and you can get to and undo the hose banjo . You might need a new gasket, sometimes they fall apart, othertimes stay in one piece .

Here's one i done earlier - replace the standard hose with a braided hose from an ADV
