Hi all,
My front brake light switch is 'sticking' for want of a better word.
We've had a metric sh*t-tonne of rain down here recently, and since then the brake light is stuck on solid.
It's definitely the front brake switch - sometimes when the lever is squeezed tight then released the light will go out - only to come on later.
Could be a short caused by the wet - or so my mechanic friend who's had a look tells me. He's had it to bits, looked the switch over and it looks sound - but as it's a sealed unit it is difficult to check.
Anyone had this before? need to check if it's a known issue or something I can fix before I order a replacement switch.
Cheers all,
Rob
