My 05 GS has developed an odd ABS issue. Initially the bike ha a period where the ABS light conitued to fast flash after switching on the ignition, so I switched off and on again to clear it thinking that I had been touching one of the brakes. This continued intermittently for a few weeks. Now when starting the light continues to fast flash indicating a failure regardless of how many times I switch off and on again. This can last for half a mile or so before clearing up which seems odd. For the rest of the trip no bother. FD oil was changed recently and was clean with no metal on the speed sensor. I'll no doubt by check it again and read the codes over the weekend but I wondered if anyone else has had the same issue?

Check the limit switches on the lever and pedal.
Remember that they are "Normally on"
They are easily to adjust on a little cam.

Looks like the front switch was right at the limit of its travel. Working well after some adjustment so thanks Pat.
