Any ideas what an 07 HP2E with 3000 ' gentle touring' road miles is worth?

Here's a list of some of the extras I've fitted aswell!

TT Zega 29/35 pannier set with fuel cannisters and stove bottle mounts aswell as safety tie down brackets.

TT seat screw

TT brakeline protectors front and rear

TT cylinder head guards

TT pump bracket

TT sidestand enlarger

TT oilcooler guard

TT bar risers

TT handlebar brace

TT handguard extenders

TT headlamp guard

TT Tank bag

TT tailbag

TT Zegatex soft rear luggage system(never used)

Wunderlich screen/fairing with alloy bracket fitted with TT Quest
bracket

I have a week to decide if I take out the BMW extended warranty or not and the bike is in the dealers getting an annual service and warranty work carried out so i'm looking at a few 'options'!

Thanks FP.:thumb

Post edited forgot to remove this phone number too as it's unfair to bypass the FS&W rules
but feel free to give him a price guide

Would be interested in a chat - can you please call me on

phone number removed you need to sponsor the site to do any FS&W dealings

2007 HP2 Enduro!

Oops, I'm not a 'site sponsor either'!:blast

I'm just looking for a 'realistic valuation' of my HP2 and its various accessories at the moment since myself and Mrs P both have BMW F650GS's to go touring on!(longer range/both the same etc, etc!)

My HP2 has basically sat in the back of my heated shed 'plugged in' with a dust cover over it since our Norway/Sweden tour in June and I'm staring to feel that I'm not using my HP2 to its 'full' potential......! Which is a real shame as its a fantastic bike and and kitted out for longer distance 'offroad touring'........!

I'm even thinking of the 'safer' option of an R1200GSA since the HP2 is such a 'pure bred 'bike....!

FP.

Sorry all, wasn't trying to bypass the system - I'm new to this site !

I am however gagging to find a good HP2E and have cash waiting so if you're interested in talking FP, let me know somehow and we can talk.

I am registered but I can't seem to send PM's.

Thanks

Robert

i should say because Farmer Palmer is not a site sponsor you'll not be able to PM him... but you could put a wanted ad up in the FS&W section for an HP2

Good to see the old spirit of democracy and willingness to help fellow riders haven't died then on the forum :blast

WTF happened to the simple ability to help one person buy a bike that another one wants. Sort the bloody details out later about sponsorship FFS

Paying your subs is a simple process and takes minutes to do and is a great way to spend £12.

I get you r point but the rules are you can`t post in the FS&W section or post a sale anywhere else unless you subscribe. If these rules weren`t in place and strictly modded, it would be feckin chaos.

can't why you're moaning:nenau... the site has had the same rules about being a sponsor to sell stuff for years... without people sponsoring the site who pays for the servers software and upkeep:nenau

And it's unfair on those who do pay just to get using the FS&W section for someone else who doesn't want to pay the exorbitant rip of price of £12 to get selling or buying stuff for free.

At the end of the day it's only £12 and if someone doesn't want to spend that £12 then they aren't that bothered about about buying or selling a bike.
They can still use the site for all it's other info... just not buy and sell on it

Edit: a bit late...just seen your post Sgt

I hear what you guys are saying but alot of people new to a forum have no clue how things work and if your first post are met by give us cash before we speak think it misses the point slightly don't you think.

Would be really pissed off if I missed a great oppertunity to buy/sell a bike because of the above. In the end the people who buy GS's/HP2's is the fellas who effectively become forum members in any event.

Rules are rules.....blah blah blah thought this is why we are not part of the "other" sites

Never mind me will go and rant in a corner to myself........:blagblah :blagblah

What about folk asking for advice about the values of bike, equipment and kit because they are considering selling. Where do those threads go and do you need to have paid subs to ask them?

FP,
could you please let me know if you would consider a px for my
GSA. That is if you still have the hp2.
Thanks.

I see your point Maverick...

FP and Yerdlab - it's only 12 pounds, it's very easy to set up and rules is rules. Can you both say that you are going to become members? If not, we have to mod the thread.

UKGSer is a great community which also makes it a great place to buy things. It's not meant to be ebay or exchange and mart. Therefore, we want to encourage people who intend to support and respect the community. Which in turn makes it a more pleasant and trustworthy place to do business.

For the record - I think the bike is worth 7500 with or without the luggage (there are as many who want it as don't) so, you would make more money if you sold seperately but you would likely sell it faster with the luggage. :thumb2

Hi, I think I started all this discussion about subscriptions, and am happy to report that I've just subscribed !!

How can I now contact FP about the HP2 ?

Cheers

Robert
