Has the cam timing been checked on the 2010 ?- Southport have now had 3 2010 wrong from new and are checking every bike coming in and on PDI. A few degrees out makes a huge difference in smoothnessa nd prob top end power.

We'll have to get together for another blast this summer mate.
Here’s how we did the test.
We both have bike to bike comms. So we rode side by side and took it in turns counting down 3,2,1,Go. Then we both just pinned our throttles to the max. It might not have scientific, but it was a good laugh.
I know that his bike only has 1k miles, but it refused to rev out in 5th & 6th gear, so having an extra 500rpm rev limit seems academic.
Sounds like he has a problem with that bike if it won't rev out in 5th.
