How did you get the map to show where you've been? :nenau

I use the garmin Quest 1 and upload the track logs after every route
If you start a new log, it starts something like 'active log 1' and then you would have loads of those, which is no use... So, for example, yesterday I went to Stratford upon Avon. I then renamed the log as 'stratford 1' etc etc.
I then save them in one large file, which I call 'Motorcycle logs.gdb'
edit- select all and show on map- and that is what you get.

I am aiming to cover all of the roads in the SW ;)
:D

Regardless of the bike you're on, you're loving it and it shows...

Like you I love sat nav's.

Forgot to bookmark a pub i stopped off at in the new forest last week. It dawned on me to upload the tracklog and look at the times. By this i was able to spot (by the time i knew i was in the pub) the location. :beerjug: :beerjug: :beerjug:

You miserable bugger

He might not have wandered far from home, but so what...he obviously enjoys his bike and his riding and that's what's important.....

You keep going GGSer ;) :thumb

Well done Grinning :thumb

My 1200 is 1 year old today, can't beleive it's been a year already. Most of my 7000 mls have been done chasing trainees around Chippenham. :mmmm How long do the cluches last on these bikes??? :mmmm

Never broken down either  Though I did get hit last week by a prat of a van driver who was comming sidways at me round a bend  He'd totaly lost controle of it.
Broke my mirror on the back corner of the van, must have missed my bars by a rolly paper's thickness. I had to go after him cos he didn't stop, even though he knew he'd hit me  Never mind I could have been laid out in the bushes.

Don't........

know how you manage it, mines just 9 months old and have only managed 29300, mind you mine is a 1150GS..... :D :D

New Bike Ahoy!

mine would have been nearly 14 months old, ONLY 4 rides on the back of the recovery wagon (one from the continent) and 7500 miles but I said enough is enough, and the nice BMW people are doing me a very nice deal on a new 06 GS in the fastest colour of all (that'll be grey then!)

12months and just under 10k miles.

Two recoveries, for minor annoying electrical things, but otherwise a very happy bunny. :D
