It's a bit grim in places. The main A35 has traffic lights near Winterbourne Abbas to get cars round the still flooded road. They have been there all year. There's just nowhere for the rain to go and we have only had 3 days with no rain this year. Houses in the village are still pumping water out. Manholes are spilling water out. The lakes look lovely though.

After greatly enjoying the January meet and signing up for this one, I'm a tad disappointed that Mrs B-D is insisting I accompany her to the slopes for a few days next week chaps, so I'm out I'm afraid....
