1100 / 1150 pannier mountings the same?

Are the mounts on the frame / footpeg mounts in the same positions, so would pannier racks from an 1150 be a direct fit for the 1100, for instance?

BUT ...... Theres always a but , there are Different Exhausts.

What kind of Racks

If you have the original exhaust fitted to your bike.

And the panniers you intend fitting are the BMW 'system' black plastic - then the racks from any of the 3 bikes 850/1100/1150 will fit each other and the panniers will go on no problem at all. Its just the one 'system' for all 3 bikes.

Thanks for these thoughts. The racks are Hepco and Becker, and the 1100 has a standard exhaust.
