1100 engin bars how to fit ?

ok been looking around at some bits for the bike as i have been having a go at taking the old girl off-road, lots of fun . Went out with my dad who owns a v-strum with the crash bars fitted and unfortunately he dropped it, but all was ok because of the bars well it got me thinking i would love some of them for my 1100 gs (got to say haven't dropped mine yet though)but would love to know on how to fit them as much help would be grateful

Depends which type of crashbars you intend fitting

im looking for something that i can put spotlights on to and if i were to drop the bike would be the best to protect it

Hepco and Becker I think are the best ones .... easy to fit and actually protect the heads alot better than others. I fitted them to my 1100 and am perfectly happy with them
