1100 throttle balance

hellohaving balanced the t/bodies the weekend i,ve noticed the bike stumbles just off idle 1-2rpm almost to stalling point,the reading were equal on tickover.the only way it runs smooth is if i adjust the right brass screw out by another full turn but then the reading is way out on tickover?any ideasi know theres alot of rattle on the left t/body(play in the shaft)but surely this would,nt cause this.

Have you got the earlier single throttle cable set-up, or the later splitter box.
