OK so I'm sure I'm just being a bit dim here, but I have to admit I'm stuck.
I've rotated my 1100's bars forwards in their clamps (so that all of my palms contact the grips, not just the heels of my palms - relieving the numbness it was causing).
So, the bars are now at a better angle, the problem is that I need to twist the grips/light clusters/mirrors back towards me.
If I undo the screw holding the switch cluster halves I can free up the clusters, but they're additionally held in place by another, lateral bolt that ties them to a part that seems to be fixed solidly in place on the main part of the handlebar - i.e. it appears that the clusters can only possibly sit in one single position relative to the bars.
This can't be right, surely, what am I missing??
Cheers,
Paul G
