1100GS Clutch push rod setup

New clutch in gearbox back on, its adjustment time.
I know there is a current thread about the cable adjustment, but…….I am not there just yet.

What is the procedure for setting up the clutch push rod. There is a 6mm adjustment bolt and a 10 mm lock nut on the push rod actuating arm thingy
