1150 adventure pannier latch

Done the search not found, definitive answer
The latch that holds the topbox to the rack has broke, where to get cheapest replacement ??
I have an old air head pannier that has the same latch, but different type lock how do you change lock barrels ??

Air head lock is different, so I ended up buying one from bmw, anyone know the right size rivets, as I put 3mm x 12mm and they keep snapping at the ball head, not the shoulder end leaving an ally tube instead of a solid rivet.

could be rivet gun knackered, its donkeys years old but seams to work with other stuff

Changed a couple on mine but memory is hazy (old age) gimme a min

Seems to remember they were 4mm and sounds like yours aint long enough. Just check you got enough of the ball end hanging out. ooer

Rivet size was right I think my rivet gun is knackered as it's not chopping the rivet but pulling it though.
