Most of the area above the silver tape (in the pic) needs to be trimmed back, I tidied the cut edge up using black screen trim.
I tried fitting the beak un-chopped first then trimmed back the plastic a small amount at a time.
None of the 1150 mounts line up on the 1100, so plates need to be made to bolt it into place. Two small plates either side, and i fitted a larger one to the front which needs to be bent into a straight Z shape to support the beak just in front of the oil cooler.
Theres a 25mm (ish) gap in front of the oil cooler (visible in the pic) I made a oil cooler cover from alumimium mesh (£5 from B&Q) which covers the gap, and IMO looks cool
The indicators are more of a problem theres no mounting bracket for them on the 1100 frame. The one in the first pic is just sat in the hole for the picture. Im planning on making two plates to mount either side of the indicator hole in the plastic mesh insert. I dont think the plastic mesh would be strong enough to take the weight of the O/E indicators but my mini ones should be ok.
I'll try and get some pics of the mountings from underneath, I only intended doing a trial fit, and knocked up some basic mountings but im happy with the way it turned out.
