Good news! Somehow it has fired again today and is running great. I'm not really sure what the issue really was, but after changing battery, spark plugs, one coil, and put new gas it did not start. Today I removed the muffs, and ran the HES test by moving in fifth gear the bike with the plugs removed. At the beginning it was a bit stuck but then the pump started priming perfectly as I moved the rear wheel. Plugs back on and started perfectly. I'll take it out this weekend and hope that the problem does not reproduce (fingers crossed).
