Hope some body can help with this possible simple question, is it easy to push out the bottom eyelet on the OEM rear shock. I bought a second hand shock which turned out to be for an 1150 RT and the bottom eyelet is just a bit too wide to fit into the swingarm space.

Cheers

Bit of a mare, a local garage with a press will make short work of it or a vice

+1, it works this way. I changed the bushings in the reaction link under the shaft housing on my RT and did it also using a vice and lube to get them more easily inside.

Dan.
