Yes 1150 ones will fit Ive a set on my 1100
But they dont really keep your hands any warmer, go for the muffs best winter mod you can make

Noooooooooo!!!!!!!!!
Don't get muffs it not that cold on the moon!
Touratech Acerbis Brush guards with big spoilers on em are pretty good.
Have you tried readybrek?

I have the acerbis guards and my paws still get cold after 60 miles, should I be wearing gloves too?:blast

ok , it must be my age and a bit white finger, dohh, it seems like the wind chill is hitting my fingers, I,m off to try a pair of them soldier 95 gloves Bigtwin recommended, thanks for the feedback

Hiya

I have a set on my 1100 and I think it makes a difference. WIth the grips on full I can wear summer gloves well into winter. When it gets really cold though I resort to big gloves. Keep moving your hands around though, especially the right one, try riding with the left hand for a bit, put your gloves on the cylinder heads when you gas up etc...

I Put 1150 guards on my 1100 but for me they don't make that much difference when it's really cold. Muffs are the future :thumb2
Was sceptical at first as they look poo and was worried about not being able to find the controls but from the word go they were/are ace.
The problem with thick gloves is that you struggle to get the benefit of the heated grips through the insulation. I do suffer with cold paws, always have but with muffs I can ride all day with thin summer gloves and have toasty hands. I can't use the hottest setting on the grips as they get uncomfortably hot:cool: For the sake of about £35 just try some, if you like em you'll wonder how you persevered through winter before, if you don't like them, flog em:)
PS, depending on where in't north east you are you can try mine for a spin round the block. I'm near stokesley.

thanks for the info pigglet, I,ve just been and bought a pair of soldier
95 goretex gloves, although NOT armoured they are very flexible and I agree my rootin tootin richa bike gloves kept my digits quite rigid! and that wouldn't help. I went for a quick blast up to 90 with my left hand over the
top of the handguard and they were just as good/ better than my richas,
for £15 they can be used anytime summer or winter, I ,ll nikwax them and try them over the next few weeks. I bought them from Micheal at peelyscombats
