Does anyone have a fairly close up picture of an 1150 headlight adjuster? My mates fell off when he crashed it, and he can't work out how the new one goes on despite it being only 3 simple parts :stupid

Cheers,
Matt

Alright mate :thumb2

I tried looking at that already, but you can't realy tell from that picture. The parts he's got are a rod about 10mm long, with a thread on one end, and a plastic knob on the other, a spring, and a little plastic thing that fits on the rod:confused:

Maybe part no 14.

Is the lever with the semi-circular end supposed to be up or down?

And is the circular bit at the top or the bottom?

Fitted an HID and forgot to take note. Went to the BM dealer to double check and they we're all different, up, down, top, bottom?????????????

On my bike the semi circle is on the top. The lever is in the up position 90 deg to the head light, this is as it states in the owner manual. Then push the lever down to adjust your head lights for when carrying a load.
