1150 headlight adjustment

I need to raise the dip and main beams on my 1150. Had a butchers at the clymer but it's a bit vague in the headlamp area.
Are the lamps adjusted by 2 screws diagonally above and below each unit or is there a vertical plane only adjuster lurking somewhere?

vertical adjustment is a white adjuster, that you can see to the left, below the clocks, there is a lever, that quick adusts the aim down, for when carrying a pillion and luggage, maybe that needs its position changed, but it can be further adjusted by hand, using the screw.

Top man Just raised em up bit but I thought the main could do with coming up a bit further on its own, it's not just me that thinks this then I'll have another play when it gets dark.
