hi all, hoping for a eureka moment here as i am starting to doubt my conclusions
the bike is a 2002 1150 gs single spark.
no spark,no injector pulse.
hall sensor test carried out on a gs911 all seems good,
when the engine is turned over by hand the fuel pump is priming each turn of the motor.(which suggests the hall sensors are ok)
+10 v at the injector plugs when cranked(no pulse when checked with a noid lamp)
live data on the 911 showing its cranking at 250rpm(again suggesting the hall sensors are ok)
+12v at the coil (ign on)
+12v at the motronic relay and the brown/white wire is earthed when the side stand is lowered ,relay is energising/switching
bike tacho is not moving when the engine is cranked over
so it all seems to point to the the motronic ecu being faulty but i dont have another to swap onto it
any thoughts before i bite the bullet and order a replacement
