1150 saddle modified for 1200 ???

Anyone know if an 1150 saddle can be easily(ish) modified to fit a 1200?
I'm kinda handy with tools and have a fairly well kitted workshop so don't mind a fair bit of fettling.

From memory, they're fairly different. The mounting method is different, too.

(If you need to ask whether it can be done, it's probably beyond your fettling skills/tools... )
