1150 tyre pressures

I always ride solo and am a very 'slim' 14 stone. According to the handbook my Tourance tyres should be set at 32psi front and 36 rear. When the bike has been serviced by Rainbow and RGM, these were the pressures set.

BUT

According to the tyre fitter this weekend, this should be 36F and 42R according to his Metzler book.

I will experiment with both settings, but am curious what people out there set their Metzlers at for solo riding?

Loaded - 36/42 as per book.
