I managed to lose one of my pannier rail clips and good old 'Break My Wallet' want £11.00 plus! Does anyone know where I can source one of these?

Put this in the wanted section as well mate someone might have one knocking about, otherwise stump up the cash ya tightwad it's only just over a tenner!

That looks like a job for a zip tie.

Might help once you have your replacements ...
I drilled a small hole on the end that attaches to the frame and put a small zip tie through it and around the frame.
This way you can swing it off the fold down bit and not lose them 'cos they are tied to the frame.
