help,i run a 2001 gs1150 no cat/remus end can /power commander,the left plug is running sooty/rich the right side is running lean, i just changed the plugs/filled the tank,and added injection cleaner into the tank,done 130miles fast and slow.under 2 1/2 rpm it is very very lumpy still, the air filter is a k/n and is cleaned/oiled, good ht leads etc.any suggestions.thanks.

Check the valve clearances.
Swap over the coils, see if it affects other side.
Check inlet rubbers for leaks. check to see if rubber caps are still on the small 'take-off' pipes and check condition of caps.
Check electrical plugs on injectors especially where the wires enter plug.

I had just this problem on my 2003 R1150GS and it turned out that the valve clearances were way out and also the coils were just about done in too.
I's check the valve clearances first. The chap who did mine (Cardiff Motorrad) said they need checking at every service.
