If a hose was kinked it may let fuel through in small volumes but the longer it stays kinked the more it collapses. It does sound like a fuel issue. What was the OP's outcome? Did it get fixed?
Hall sensor fried - got fixed, went on holiday, got knocked off in Spain, got home. When it is hot wants to stall with small throttle openings when setting off, hard to slip the clutch as it is oil resistant - it's a bit grabby (all or nothing) but back home all is fine. Will just have to holiday in the north of europe next year and hope it like the cold in Russia.
