No, I'm not trying to sell it (yet) but after a short ride I'm not impressed.

At the lowest height position it's about the same as the standard screen on highest setting.

Highest position forward it seems to physically remove some of the wind but it's noiser than stock.

Highest position tilted back it's fucking awful!

I'm off on a 2k mile European jolly starting Thursday and I'm going to leave the touring screen fitted because without giving it a fair chance I'd be wasting my money but I'm tempted to take the standard one with me in case I get really fed up and at that point I'd use the new one as a Frisbee and put it down as a mistake.

Has it got the little adjustable lip at the top ? mine has and is a joy to ride with, calm air all around and I am 6' 4" ( Pretty it is not but calm air is v'pleasant)

My experience too, although I have to say I don't mind the looks tooooooo much :)

Playing around with the lip does seem to make quite a difference and that combined with the height adjustment gives quite a few permutations to play with until you get a setting that works for you.

It hasn't got a moveable spoiler which is a shame because that may have helped fine tune it. I'm sure it'll be ok when I get it where I want it because this is about the 5th screen I've had from Puig and without fail they've all been an improvement on stock.

I'm almost hoping it chucks it down with rain for about 15 minutes (no longer) when we're away so I can check out whether it keeps me dry but it certainly looks as if it will. One thing I did learn is not to adjust the screen when it's at the highest setting because it goes straight back and trying to get it forward again simply doesn't happen at 80mph. Not that you should adjust the screen when moving as I'm sure the owners handbook would tell me if I'd read it all the way through :blast

I have the 1290 screen on mine and at the lowest setting it is really good. Tried it on higher settings but no good for me

Well 70 miles with the screen up had me lowering it the first chance I got because of buffeting as soon as I got within 100' of any vehicle in front at motorway speeds.

With the screen down it was better with the visor open on my helmet but that was good because tinted visors aren't the best after dark when you've been diverted off the motorway because of operation stack.
