Being verticaly challenged and having only 29" inside leg i tried my new
1200 ADV out with the standard seat and whilst quite a comfy seat it was just too tall when i came to junctions especially on a hill or off camber.
So ive taken to using a std 1200 low seat ( which i bought earlier ) and have now had it recovered to suit and had the foam tweaked as well
but its still not as comfy as the std seat and the suspension feel harsher with less padding although you can leave it on soft setting without it bottoming out as the 1200 used to do
But i can now get good contact with both feet either side
i need to try a good 200 mile plus trip for final verdict
as for height i would say it feels the similar to a std 1200 with a std seat set in low postion
