I regularly used ultraseal/goop in the both front and rear tyres on the 1150 with no problems - now I have changed to the 1200 GS with a computer that has a trye pressure sensor not sure if it will adversely affect anything if I use the ultraseal/goop product. Has anyone out there used such a product with a computer on board?
Any help/experiences appreciated

no problems to date

I have used tyre sealant with pressure sensors for the life of a pair of tyres and reinstalled in the new tyres and all is well. Are there documented reasons why this is bad and is the level of risk high?

Cheers

BMW dealerships fit the stuff, so it must be OK. 'Schrader' who make the sensors say it's OK too.

I've had it in both for the last three sets with no adverse problems.

I had Slime in my rear tyre after a puncture and all was well. In fact, IIRC, the newer Slime bottles say something on the label about being suitable for use with tyre pressure monitors.
