I'm looking for some better handguard for the new bike. Only to remove the wind chill a little.

What have you all done if anything to your bike and any pictures would help.

Thanks

Barkbusters all the way. With the metal support bar they are far stronger than OEM. I don't have the additional deflectors because for most of the year they are fine as is, and the Barkbuster Blizzards fit straight over the top for the winter. The Blizzards are so good at deflecting the wind that I wore perforated gloves for much of the winter (albeit with heated grips turned on to keep my palms toasty!).

Touratech's are nice but I like these GiVi tinted hand guard extenders from Nippy Normans

I have Barkbusters on my F800GS and they're great, probably the best you can get, especially for off road. For better wind protection you can get Sorm plastics.

Touratech handguard extensions. Work really well at directing the wind over and away from your hands. Pricey, though you get what you pay for I guess

Givi guards

:augieI have the givi guards, (need them as mine is early bike & get cold hands) stylish but not as effective as the bark busters, but cheap from nippys..

The Barkbusters look good.
Where does one buy said handguards for a GS TE 2014?

Cheers,
Bob

Givi tinted here too. Great product and certainly works very well.

Guys, Thanks for the offers to purchase my LC handguards, L'Escargot was first off the blocks into the queue I'll re post if he drops out.

I've ordered the BarkBusters. Givi tinted extensions soon to be sold on here. :beerjug:

To those good folk who enquired, Escargot had popped in 1st dids then cleared off on his jollies, anyway he's come back and has taken the Hand guards.

Sorry to those who missed out and thank you for your patience.
