The more I look at it the dodgier this pic seems.

Whats that bloody big cable looping up over the handlebars??

From De Welt (but what do they know about bikes?)

Enormous tank (30-35 litres), suit-cases of Touratech, all in all about 30 Kilos more easily than the old Adventure. Very well possible that the Adventure is only offered without, then with the servoless ABS. Price: Around the 12,500 euro.

The magazine is "MO BMW Sonderheft Nr. 15": they admit it's a tricked picture. As false as can be.

Too bad for those who liked it...

I didn't find it, it's the picture out of the German mag and a publicity shot of the HP2 I had on my hard drive.

I pasted them into Excel, resized them then took a screen shot :)

That won't matter I bet Nadeem will buy one off you.

Phew!

That pic just saved me £12k!! :eek

I actually like it...a lot......

It's very purposefull- it screams 'don't fekk with me' and looks very tough to boot.

Ugly?? Sure, but what GS (or GSer) isn't :D

(Forum ladeez excepted naturally :D )

This is obviously fake.
Look at the front forks, they are solid. It still has the conventional bottom yolk from the HP2 with telelever legs grafted on without the slidy bits at the top.

Or the R80GS, or the R100GS, or the R1100GS, or the 650 GS, or the R1150GS nor even the Beautiful R1150GSA, we are all :tosser :tosser and will buy anything that becomes our personalities. :bow

Au contraire, my quote-editing friend. Looks certainly stopped me having any interest whatsoever in the 1200.
