1200GS 2006

I´am about to order de gs1200, but i was told that in September, new specifications will arrive..

my question is, should i wait for them??

will be new colours in 2006, does anybody know??

I've heard that too. The current Adventure is on its run out with the limited edition colour scheme.

As far as I know the 1200GS colours are still the same for the 2006 models which are being produced from September.

Well, I heard about a new 600 GS that should presented in september...

I was at the GP this weekend and had along chat with BM's UK Marketing Director, he said the new ADV is coming next year but Germany have not yet decided when they will launch it September Poss or he even said they may wait till Jan/Feb 06.

He did say that its gorgeous, big tank that sort of hangs down the side of it, it will not have the 1200 tank, plus a lot of other bits are different it looks like it was designed to go anywhere, on the upside it is only expected to be around a £750-1000 more than the standard GS.

BMW have determined that short people have the wrong attitude and are not good for the GS brand so the extra hight is designed to deter these people
