Oh it is the fault of the owners:blast

Do you have a large amount of BMW shares or something?

I thought I had dealt with it by getting an extended warranty, but now people are telling me even this is no good.

I bought the bike because I really like it, I have tried to minimise the gamble by getting the latest low mileage model I could afford and with a twelve month warranty.

I really think BMW should deal with it, not their (surprisingly) loyal customers.

Instead of guessing what is or is not covered by an extended warranty, why not try reading it?

I hear what you're saying, but I didn't know about the FD problems untill I had one.

I bought a BMW expecting the best.

I thought the German technology would be up with the Jap stuff, at least.

OK Jap bikes and all bike have problems, but usually for the first year only, there fore, some thing that has been around as long as the GS/GSA with it's FD problems, should have been sorted by now.

Just imagine a world with out FD problems.

Peace as we know it. :bounce1
