Pics ffs.
Yep, that would have been mine.
It wasn’t a bad ride home and it was only an hour after getting in the house that I remembered I’ve now got a quick shifter to play with so I might need to have a quick ride around the neighbourhood to try it out.
Good for you Andy, haven't even taken mine out of the van yet (haven't told the mrs yetdon't suppose I'll use it until the Spring. Going to have the touring kit fitted at first service, first time I have been to Gear4's new place, very impressive!

Paul said they’d forgotten to fit the touring kit on one that went out yesterday![]()
Mine has now had the touch of the surgeon as I tried to find a way to route the satnav cable under the tank and back to the battery. There’s no way I’m connecting it where you’re supposed to behind a cover on the right hand side below the headlight because a) the spade connectors are almost impossible to get at and b) there’s too much junk attached to lead (transformer maybe?) but space is also rather limited behind the right hand side panels.
.
You are doing this totally wrong, the 12v accessory leads are under the clocks and not right panels ! remove the torx screws from the clocks and lift off, the spade connectors are easily accessible .
Does anyone know if there are many bikes left with dealers at the £10,999 price? Thanks

Maybe people are waiting to see if they cut the adventure prices in Jan?

Sorry can't answer your question. Still a few advertised on eBay.
I paid a bit extra and purchased a brand new one to be registered on 01/01/2018.
It's new with panniers, heated seats, sat nav mount, Ktm tinted screen. Radiator cover, tank protector, and a couple of covers.
Knowing me. It will be sold before I ride the bloody thing.
That’s where I was going to start from but at the dealers they said access the leads by removing the cover on the right hand side directly under the clock. Not the tank covers, indicators etc, just a small black cover held on with one torx screw and a couple of plastic tongues that slide into yet another piece of plastic.
I’ll have another look after breakfast but before I retreat to the pub at lunchtime.
Good shout. Who makes the radiator and tank cover you’ve listed. Very interested in these.
Thanks
Jim
Just spotted a unused 1290S demonstrator for only £12500 on eBay. Birmingham KTM dealer.
