I had one exactly the same colour back in the day, great wee bike, GLWS

If it was a 250 and yellow i might of been interested in re-living my early biking days which were the most fun on two wheels i ever had.
Love a Suzuki trail bike.
Re: the leaky original tank - i`ve repaired a few tanks with pinholes with a small gas flame and ordinary solder, if the holes are underneath/out of view it wouldn`t even need a re-paint.

I had a TS250, bought new by me in 1978 from Lloyd Bros in Hamilton, Yellow and it had a low front mudguard. Loved it!
Was down to the TS250 and Honda XL250....preferred the oomph (back then) of the 2 stroke TS.

Im in Hope Valley Derbyshire , yes i have it running and ridden it a short distance seems to go ok
I can WhatsApp a short video of it runnin

I bought a blue ts100ern in 1979.
It's still in the back of my garage needing a refurb.
1 owner for 46 years 😳😳
I did want a 185 or 250.
But decided the 100 would be enough to ride until I took my test. then I bought a gsx750 in 81. great memories.

That`s fantastic Gazza, what sort of condition is it in now, when was it last a runner?
Is it under a cover which you occasionally remove intending to start the refurb, then think `feck it, i`ll do it next year`!:ROFLMAO:

My first bike.

I had a yellow one, then bought a mate’s blue one to take my test on (mine would not have been considered roadworthy…).

Took me to work and back, which included some lovely dirt roads in and around Barberton.

Happy days.

Ended up selling them both when we moved to Zambia.
