1993gs MPH speedo advice please

Evening all.

I’m looking for an mph speedo for my 1993 gs pd, it’s still on its kph unit which I have adorned with little stickers at the appropriate points, but I’ve just spotted one on eBay for £78, when I asked Gary Burton about a uk unit he did tell me the serial number to look for but I’m buggered if I can remember!, the one for sale is marked W1148!!
Would this be correct for my bike?, it’s the correct dial, 120 mph and white numerals. Advice please.

Would you consider an aftermarket unit?
I have an Acewell that fits cosmetically, albeit very slightly smaller than the original (a black bezel is supplied to match/fit the GS bikes)
It is multifunction, showing volts, time, 2x trip meters, etc.
The odometer can be permanently set to the current mileage if done within I think 20 miles of first use, oil temperature with optional sensor that replaces the oil drain plug and an optional handlebar mount for a remote control of these functions.

Square headlamp versions differ from earlier ones in having two studs to secure them.

Yes I have considered am ace well, they look like a nice piece of kit, are you able to switch between MPH and KPH!

I can’t remember what it came off.
If mikeyboy can’t sort you out I’ll find out the number

You can't switch digitally to kph AFAIK, but there are smaller kph numbers on the dial.

Well I would Crapaud, but I’ve sent it off now to Peter Bond, however, I’m in your neck of the woods at the end of May staying with my pal in St Pom Pont, not far from Gourdon, it’s on the old railway line that ran between Scarlatti and Fumel !

What bike Sid,?
I’ve got a kph one but it’s for a round headlamp para( no fixing studs)
I’ve also got a g/s km one but that’s on my personal bike( km)
