1996 R1100GS decals (stickers)

I put a ding on the tank of my r1100GS and I am thinking of taking the opportunity to repaint the tank. Any idea where I my get the r1100gs Black stickers for the sides of the tank?
I see none on ebay or at BMW Motorworks.
any ideas?

If you want original looking stickers then your only option is the net, bmw dont make them anymore, I got a set for the wifes bike from a company in italy from e bay, if you send me a pm I will dig out the details when I get home

Same problem

When the tank was refurbished on my red 1100

I managed to track a pair down over the pond in Canada after A&S Motorcycles searched the American BMW system on my behalf Obviously different part no,s depending on tank colour

Then an original pair turned up on e bay a couple of weeks later

All depends on whether you want to stay original or go for aftermarket
transfers

depends what ones you want, those are not the right ones for the year, they are just stickers, and make no attempt to look like the bmw ones.

Will do. no joy so far although i did order a set from the german site jaws identified as a back up.

When I took off the baglux cover after the last off road excursion (ahem) , I noticed a big ding.

still good fun though, tkc's were supposed to be going on today.
looking around for a cheap smaller road legal enduro.
