A copy of my old 1100GS ad retained for the memories.
Well folks the time has come to say goodbye to my 1100Gs which I have owned from new, purchased in July 1999, 15 years ago.
This was one of the last 1100GS's to roll off the production line prior to the introduction of the 1150.
68,000 miles.
Tax until the end of this month (March)
MOT'd to mid July
Serviced from new by myself approximately every 6,000 miles.
Ohlins front and rear.
Apart from routine maintenance + a rear wheel bearing and bevel box bearings, she is totally original.
The first 4 images are clickable to reveal huge bigfugoff images for you to see a little closer.
Front engine cover could do with a repaint and the exhausts could do with a polishing. A couple of days spent with a cloth and a tin of engine pain would see this one looking very very nice.... center stand could do with a touch up too.
