1st Valve Check

My 2014 bike at 35k has never had them adjusted. Only checked. When I checked recently they were towards the tighter end though, not sure if that'll change or just stay steady.

Does it depend on how hard you twist the throttle...? :augie

My late, great friend Dave GreenVFR Roberts in Stanley was, for several years the go to guy for a lot of the Honda VFR community. Folks would bring their bikes from that other country South of the Border to have them serviced and in one notable case to have the supercharger kit fitted to an 800.

However, I digress. Dave always said that none of the VFR 800 bikes on which he checked the valves at 16k miles were out of spec, apart from mine and his.... :unsure:

They might well tighten up. That's what they do because of valve seat recession.
