2005 1150 Adventure battery what Ah?

Hi, look like Im getting close to requiring a new battery. Looked at the Exide options with Tanya Batteries and see there's a 18 and 19Ah available. Is it worth paying the extra for the 19Ah as the 18Ah is quite a bit cheaper? Thoughts and advice are appreciated.
