good evening - new to this forum , but had the bike from new.
I have had to remove the airbox to get alt the injectors as they are gummed up !.
having done the injectors, I wanted to start the bike minus the air box, to check all ok.
logically thinking, I removed the air temp sensor and the idle control valve and plugged them into their respective plugs (to prevent any fault codes appearing due to unplugged sensors)
but - on starting the idle valve wound itself out.
is there a way to get the plunger back in sufficiently to enable me to screw the Idle control valve back into the air box please ??
hopefully , once back in, it will reset its position.
thank you
I may have put this in the wrong place sorry
