2008 model front power socket

Anyone with a 2008 model found the front accessory socket which on previous models was taped on the left side of the headstock?

I can't find iy on my bike and am wondering if it's been relocated or worse still not fitted at all.

Its recovering Richie, just not fast enough for my liking.

I spent n hour today looking for the socket in the "usual! place but it ain't there. I'm starting to thin it's not on the 2008 model.

sorry dont pick the bike up till 1st march, however foud the power socket for the Garmen 550 on wednesday with the mechanic at ocean bmw, he also panicked when he thought it wasnt there.

Yep - noticed on Pidcocks 1200GS demonstrator that the GPS power socket is still there - just further down on the right hand side, instead of being at the head stock.
