Are my eyes glazing over or did I really see a "normal" indicator switch on next years' DOHC GS ? My GS12 still toots the horn when things get a little hectic while turning left. Sadly I've done 30,000 km on it and still have trouble.

Yep thats spot on bruce your eyes arnt letting you down,theyve gone all japanese,crap move!!!!!:D:thumb2

Time for a new set of eyes, next years bike has not changed.

Was it one of the photos which was circulated? - I think one of them came from an RT...

It would be about time if they did change to a normal setup. I have got used to the switches on my 06 GS but would much prefer an ordinary set up.

"theyve gone all japanese," is wrong, they have simply gone conventional. Car switchgear positioning is standard these days so why not bike?

Unfortunately I have read that the new setup is a bit flimsy (70's jap quality) which is another issue.
 
Also shows a handlebar brace which certainly never came on my '08. Do they serve any real purpose other than another mounting option for SatNav's?
