Are we all a bit unnerved due to the gone 2009 m-cycle season?

I have heard from my dealer that when BMW wanted to buy the small LED lights for their HP`s the manufacturer wanted such a high price for them that it made no economical sense. Good sales man then told BMW that the LED signals will become cheaper if they order more. Thats why they ended up on the regular models.

Probably that deal sold out and its now back to the cheapo ones.

they may be giving the option for the LED ind's, which are said "dinky" ones and giving out the old blocky ones as standard...tis a money maker for em

This is what they did in 08 and 09 - the LED indicators have always been part of one of the optional packages (the SE might be the exception)

LED's are not legal in every country and so specs are regularly dumbed down so the local importer doesn't have to organise their own photos for a new model launch.

What this does mean there will be a new designed 1200gs in the next couple of years probably 2011.

Totally disagree, Wapping was 100% correct to point out yet another pointless and inane post on this forum, this thread would have no doubt gone on to the dangerous and going to kill you self cancelling function etc etc etc WELL DONE WAPPING

Surely the whole point of the forum is for people to post whatever they want, the dull and crap posts will surely not get must attention/replies and die thw death on their own. We don't need other tossers constantly taking the piss out of others posts. clicky clicky again.
