2010 gs power outlet no power !

can any one help , not getting any power from outlet on left side of bike , checked with multi meter totaly dead ,would have checked fuse but read on here there are no fuses as it uses can bus system yet my car with can bus has two fuse boxes and million fuses well not a million but quite a lot . cheers bri

Its only live with the engine running and for a very short period after the ignition is turned off. Are you metering with the motor running?

The Canbus doesn't replace fuses, the ZF unit does that. CAN is just a network for all the computers to talk to each other.

My 2004 bike suffered corrosion to the wiring at the rear of the underseat power socket.
