2010 GSA Exhaust query

Am I right in assuming that a de cat header and end can exhaust from a 2006/7 model wouldn't fit properly on my 2010 model?

There is one I have been offered at good money but don't want to end up with something I then have to sell on.

rumour has it a full system will fit if you bin the flap

The system from a 2006/7 bike will fit straight on, you can't mix and match as the bore of the later exhaust is bigger.

You will need to remove the flappy valve but its just a matter of removing the cables from the servo motor.

How do I know, because I did the very thing your asking about
