I'm after more midrange torque for the least cash!
Remus do headers for the 2010 bike @ £359, claiming....
"Fitment of the downpipes/collector is the best way to release power from your R1200GS and Adventure and will make more difference than replacing the silencer".......... plus it's a lot lighter than stock with no cat!
Has anyone fitted just the headers and is it noticeably better, or would you go the whole way and add Remus / Akra can?
The whole system is approx £800, a lot of dosh for a 8% gain, but is it worth it, is there a massive increase in midrange torque?
Or just stick to stock, there's nothing wrong with the torque, it's just nice to have a bit more?
£359 isn't too bad if the increase is there, £800 needs to be something special and justified!
